We began recruiting Filipino Small Engine Mechanics due to a skills shortage, particularly in WA, when we were finding it very difficult to recruit locally. The team at Peloton WorkReady have been a part of this journey from the beginning.

We now have recruited over 200 Small Engine Mechanics from all over the Philippines to supplement our workforce in both Australia and New Zealand. Many of these visa team members have gone on to achieve their permanent residency, are still working with us and in a number of case have been promoted through the ranks.
