Explorex Caravans is thrilled to have a mix of 8 highly skilled Filipino cabinetmakers and welders, all happily placed with us via Peloton WorkReady. We have had these guys for over 12 months now, with only ONE sick day reported in that period. They are very considerate, happy, and positive staff, and have improved our workplace culture immensely with their pleasant personalities. Their quality of workmanship has also helped propel our caravans to the next level.

We are also very proud to have now sponsored, and helped settle, the first family of one of our guys into Australia. It is lovely to see his wife, 6-year-old son, and 2 year-old daughter, start their new lives in Australia with their dad.
