Attract candidates through the internal sources, job boards, and posting on various social media sites to ensure a large pool of potential candidates

03. Screening
Our talent acquisition team’s screening objective is to identify the best and most qualified candidates for interviews. All interviewees must meet all posted credentials.

04. Interview & Selection
Only the most qualified candidates will be interviewed and short-listed by our highly experienced selection team. Individuals who completed our final recruitment process are then profiled for our clients.

05. Visa Processing
Through our immigration partners of more than 10 years. We will share information with recognized and approved assessment and migration authorities in order to obtain the necessary work visas.

06. Placement
All successful visa applicants will attend pre-departure seminars and meetings to familiarize themselves with life in Australia
